Service Description

Nataliya does not offer Swedish or Deep Tissue massage or any other relaxation Massage Therapy techniques you will expect to find in a spa. Her approach is targeted and result-oriented. This session is custom trimmed to fit each client's unique needs and limitations. Nataliya will mix following techniques to create a unique service just for you: stretching, compressions and oscillation, as well as energy arts and various bodywork tools such as suction cups, hot stones, rollers, scrapers and electric massage gun to unlock unlock your tight muscles, increase range of motion in the joints, improve flexibility and create overall sense of relief. At the end of the session you will have an integration period of 20-30min to allow the healing to fully settle.
