Service Description

Reiki is a technique that channels energy through the practitioner, who maintains a "pure channel" state of mind. During a session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or above key points of the recipient’s body, allowing Universal Life Force Energy (Rei-Ki) to flow naturally. The practitioner trusts that this energy will support the recipient’s body, mind, and spirit in whatever way is most needed at that moment. In Reiki, the practitioner’s role is simply to hold space and act as a clear vessel for the energy, without imposing personal intention. For the best experience, please refrain from consuming caffeine or other stimulants for at least two hours before your session.
