Service Description
This is a 30-minute guided practice consisting of grounding and meditation techniques. Please come in comfortable clothes and avoid caffeine or other stimulants for at least 2 hours prior to the class. This session is sharable: each additional participant is $5 up to a group of 6 total. Please book under 1 name and indicate in the notes how many guests are coming with you.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 23 hours in advance when cancelling your appointment There is no late cancellation or no-show fee, but Nataliya will be watching for repeat offenders and might refuse to book in the future.
